Paid Media Specialist

COCUNAT is seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing paid social advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) targets for European, US, and LATAM markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid social advertising strategies to drive traffic and conversion objectives.
- Oversee daily optimization and scaling of budget to achieve results.
- Explore new product and brand opportunities in terms of audiences, ad creativity, and conversion.
- Manage budgets to ensure effective allocation and control CAC and maximize ROAS.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting, experimentation with short-term execution and long-term vision.
- Analyze audiences and apply full-funnel acquisition strategies.
- A/B test creative assets, targeting strategies, and budget allocations to optimize performance.
- Implement reporting that leads to action and conduct regular performance checks and periodic business reviews.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in paid social advertising.
- Expert with at least 2-3 years of e-commerce experience running paid social ads on different platforms.
- Highly technical and analytical drive; comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges.
- Strong track record of proven results within a multinational e-commerce space.
- Organized and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent prioritization and organization skills.
- Creatively inclined and confident to bring ideas to the table.
- Result-driven and hungry to scale accounts to huge heights through continual testing of tactics and strategies.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
