About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing our acquisition channels, including display, search, and social media advertising. You will also work closely with our CRM and upselling teams to optimize lead generation and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns across various platforms
  • Collaborate with our marketing communications, design, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Conduct regular KPI analyses to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in online marketing, preferably in performance advertising and web analytics
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools and ad platforms, such as Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on performance optimization
  • Basic technical understanding of website design and HTML/CSS
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
