About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Control and Instrumentation Engineer to join our FE_Energy team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, processing, and supporting activities for the pre-sales phase.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue C&I related documentation, including P&I diagrams, wiring schematics, and control diagrams/narratives, in line with design, manufacture, and customer requirements.
  • Manage the specification of factored equipment and sub-contract services, such as control & monitoring panels, application software, commissioning, and electrical, control, and instrumentation materials.
  • Apply cost-effective solutions and ensure costs are controlled within estimates provided at the tendering stage.
  • Attend kick-off and order launch, design review, and HAZOP meetings with clients and suppliers.
Requirements
  • HNC or equivalent in electrical/electronic engineering.
  • Knowledge of controls and instrumentation products.
  • Experience in all aspects of panel design, from initial tender through to on-site support.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in CAD software, such as Siemens NX, AutoCAD, and/or EPLAN.
  • Relevant experience within the related industry, ideally Oil and Gas.
  • Flexible approach to work with excellent attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Team player with a hands-on approach and ability to build new relationships.
