About the Role
As a French Language Content Specialist at Amazon Digital Spain S.L.U., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue meets the expectations of our global audience. This position requires a deep understanding of the French language, including region-specific jargon and colloquialisms, as well as excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities
• Apply expert knowledge of French language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
• Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality, adhering to Amazon's standards.
About the Team
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring defect-free and complete content publishing to our global audience. As a member of this team, you will contribute to delivering a seamless and engaging experience for our customers.
Requirements
• Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
• Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
