Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Butler to join our team at Luxury Assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-net-worth family in their luxury villa in Ibiza, Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Room Preparation: Ensure that all rooms and areas of the villa are prepared to the highest standards for our guests.
- Chauffeur Services: Provide airport pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as other chauffeur services as required.
- Guest Services: Welcome guests, serve drinks and canapés, lay tables, and serve at the table if required.
- Event Planning: Assist with planning and organizing events and parties, including decorating and ordering supplies.
- Concierge Services: Provide concierge services to guests, including making reservations and arranging activities.
- Inventory Management: Order and stock drinks, wines, and other supplies as needed.
- Household Management: Assist with packing and unpacking, as well as other household tasks as required.
- Security: Ensure the security and safety of our guests and staff.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a private household.
- Training: Ideally formally trained in butlering or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Cocktail Making: Excellent knowledge of cocktail making.
- Discretion: Discreet and well-mannered.
- Security Check: A recent security check.
- Background: A background or training in security is an advantage.
- Childcare: Experienced with dealing with young children in a household.
- Front of House: Well-presented and great front of house skills.
- Local Knowledge: Good knowledge of Ibiza, including restaurants, beaches, and shops.
Accommodation: A casita (small summer house) in the grounds of the villa, shared with the private chef.
Benefits:
- Salary: €4500-€5000 per month gross, depending on experience.
- Staff Car: A staff car is provided.
- Breakfast: Breakfast is prepared by the chef.
