**Job Title:** Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting integrations, and analyzing distributed systems to prevent disruptions.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. You should be able to work independently in a demanding environment and have a positive attitude, strong team spirit, flexibility, and a consistent, organized approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical support inquiries from clients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist clients with technical integration issues
  • Manage meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Analyze and debug distributed systems to prevent service disruptions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated industry experience interacting with customers
  • 2-3+ years of working experience in technical or application support engineer, or a similar role
  • Ideal experience in human resources companies or consultancy firms
  • Technical background in software development or network administration
  • Ability to work independently in a high-velocity environment
