Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Manager to join our resort operations team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive improvements in guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest relations functions, partnering with senior leaders to address and resolve guest issues.
  • Analyze key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address guest relations challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in guest services or a related field.
