Enterprise Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Barcelona. This hybrid role (2 days per week on-site) focuses on hunting and closing new business opportunities across the retail sector, selling innovative SaaS solutions in the FinTech, cloud, and data space.

  • This individual will drive net new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level deals, targeting and developing strategic accounts within the retail vertical, managing the full sales cycle from outreach and product demos to negotiation and close.
  • Candidates should have 2–5 years of software sales experience, a proven track record of hunting and closing new business, and experience selling into or engaging with retail or enterprise clients.
  • This role requires comfort working independently and managing a consultative sales cycle, as well as fluency in English; Spanish or other European languages a plus.

The ideal candidate will be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, comfortable with modern technology, and able to stay up to date with market trends in FinTech, cloud, and data software.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive net new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level deals
  2. Target and develop strategic accounts within the retail vertical
  3. Manage the full sales cycle – from outreach and product demos to negotiation and close
  4. Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  5. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
  6. Stay up to date with market trends in FinTech, cloud, and data software
