Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior MDM Solutions Lead to join our Data Digital and IT (DDIT) function supporting Novartis' Innovative Medicines business. As a key member of our team, you will oversee critical Master Data Management (MDM) projects and operations, partnering with stakeholders from within the commercial business, IT, and other internal and external partners for demand analysis, solution design, and overall project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as lead developer and oversee other developers and configurators in building MDM solutions, primarily using Reltio as the MDM engine, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
• Run efficient development for MDM solutions.
• Ensure that all deployed code and configuration are of high quality and follow appropriate SDLC processes.
• Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders within your remit.
• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing, deploying new solutions and services.
• Integrate MDM solutions into our data mesh.
• Ensure alignment to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computer science, engineering, or information technology discipline. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of IT experience in a highly qualified function, including experience as technology & solution delivery lead within Commercial IT. Additionally, 2+ years of experience working with Master Data Management solutions, preferably with Reltio in the pharmaceutical industry, is highly desirable.
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
