Key Responsibilities- Process Definition & Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document global end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment with Sika's business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiency.
- Governance and Oversight: Act as the central point of contact for assigned global end-to-end processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives related to global end-to-end process improvements and provide training and support to regional teams and key users affected by global process changes.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineer or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, process optimization, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of demand to supply processes and best practices within industry.
- Strong experience in SAP Demand-to-Supply process.
- Proven track record of successfully leading global process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
