Job Description:
As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you will guide our team in managing a common backlog, leveraging your knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies. Your responsibilities will include cloud migration support, standard IT framework implementation, DevOps engagement, target operational model implementation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide direction and assistance in the migration of local infrastructure and solutions to the cloud across all countries
  2. Ensure the rollout of standardized IT frameworks and tools for cloud infrastructure, as defined by the Foundations & Platforms Competence Center, in all regions
  3. Coordinate with local DevOps teams (internal and external) to ensure their alignment with regional infrastructure teams, the Platforms and Foundations Competence Center, and regional cloud partners
  4. Assist in implementing the Target Operational Model (TOM) in the region, with a focus on infrastructure and platforms
  5. Promote the adoption of standardized processes and tools among cloud regional partners
  6. Collaborate with application teams to provide technical support in defining the cloud infrastructure required for various solutions
  7. Drive the standardization and automation of CI/CD workflows across the region, promoting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in all deployments
  8. Support countries in meeting the technical requirements of the Azure migration roadmap
  9. Ensure proper knowledge management, documentation, and standardization of infrastructure and development efforts, following the New TOM and aligned with ITIL service management processes
  10. Ensure infrastructure and application assets are properly documented and traceable in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  11. Provide assistance to development teams on implementing CI/CD workflows across countries
  12. Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and maintain high-quality service levels
  13. Assist regional teams in managing issues related to application development and IaC
  14. Ensure a secure development methodology is adopted across the region
