Job Description

Arrow ECS is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead the sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA. As the EMEA Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA.
  • Drive retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement.
  • Manage and support a team of EMEA business developers.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.
  • Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Fluency in English. Fluency in additional European languages would be a plus.
  • Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations.
