We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Coty. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing and controlling safety, quality, service, and cost according to company targets.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to safety rules, apply countermeasures, and conduct initial analysis when an event occurs during the shift.
- Manage quality during the shift, ensuring teams apply quality standards. Conduct initial analysis when an event occurs and manage countermeasures and reworks when necessary.
- Be aware of service needs and urgencies, and react accordingly based on defined standards.
- Manage line costs, acting according to the escalation process when OEE, speed, or HC deviate from targets.
- Manage resources according to defined priorities.
You will work closely with filling operators, line leaders, and other departments such as maintenance and engineering. This is a great opportunity to learn from others, innovate, and try new ideas in a dynamic and international work environment.
Requirements- Superior degree in technical fields (engineering or similar).
- Production processes experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Availability for 3 shifts and weekend rotative shift pattern.
- Teams' management experience.
- SAP skills are appreciated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
