Job Purpose

We're seeking an experienced engineer to lead the development of a new manufacturing site that will set a new standard for innovation and efficiency. As a key member of our project team, you'll be responsible for delivering the project from concept to completion, ensuring all project KPIs are met and the site is fully operational.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement solutions to improve uptime and machine reliability across the manufacturing site.
  2. Work with the team to deliver the project through all stages: design, installation, and commissioning.
  3. Develop and share best practices for machine maintenance with the site engineering team.
  4. Collaborate with operators and engineers to develop technical solutions and improve processes.
  5. Use your expertise to provide practical guidance to the project team to ensure effective installation and commissioning of the new line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good level of computer literacy are essential.
  • Experience with WCM, TPM, or other Continuous Improvement culture is a plus.
  • Effective communicator with all members of the operations team, including engineering, production, safety, and quality teams.
  • Ability to use APQP tools effectively.
