Join Our Team as a Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our software development team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding the team towards success and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain our platform.
  • Coach and mentor engineers to develop their skills and abilities.
  • Drive technology decision-making and process efficiency.
  • Ensure the success of software projects through planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and business goals.
  • Implement processes and methodologies to foster operational excellence.
  • Serve as a domain expert in data governance, transparency, and accuracy.
  • Drive recruitment, training, and development of top-tier talent.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
  • Strong experience in software engineering.
  • Proven track record as a technology leader and of leading and scaling technical teams.
  • Experience handling client incidents and understanding technical implications.
  • Familiarity with data processing at scale in cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Java or other programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • History of getting things done in a distributed, large-scale environment.
