About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, FP&A to join our team at Criteo. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for driving business performance and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the annual operating plan, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and processes.
  • Support the Group CFO in facilitating the roll-out of corporate initiatives across the organization.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, providing qualitative insights on business performance.
  • Lead profitability analysis under various dimensions and drive strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with FP&A business partners to coordinate monthly variance analysis and monitor forecast accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools and support the Director of Investor Relations in preparing quarterly earnings releases.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of professional experience in FP&A, with significant exposure to listed environments.
  • Consulting or external audit experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and demonstrate strong integrity.
  • Fluent in English, with French or Spanish a plus.
