Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to provide high-level legal advice and support to our organization. This role will involve providing comprehensive legal guidance on various matters, including contract review, negotiation, and drafting, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations across the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior-level legal advice and guidance on complex matters
  • Review, negotiate, and draft contracts and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement legal strategies
Requirements:
  • Law degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in legal departments, with at least 5 years working in the Gulf region
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or bar qualification in a Gulf country
  • Experience in technology or IT services industry
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools
