As a key member of our Field Services team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring the successful execution of service projects, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers during the sales phase of projects
  • Lead the technical and financial aspects of service projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution
  • Plan and coordinate all activities during service execution, including engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and commissioning
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of services, equipment, or components
  • Coordinate with pre-site and on-site teams, subcontractors, safety experts, and customers
  • Maintain accurate records of job progress, delays, problems, deliveries, changes, extras, and engineering and fabrication errors
  • Report back on completed services, outlining activities carried out, faults found, and recommendations for improving the service offering
  • Lead customer communication on all service aspects

Requirements:

  • M.Sc or B.Sc in an Engineering field or at least 3 years' experience in Project Management
  • Experience in a similar position (at least 3 years in paper/fiber services)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of proactivity and initiative
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, internally and externally
