B2C Squad Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team as a B2C Squad Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our commercial transformation and delivering a smoke-free future.

• Manage and coordinate the operations of our SQUAD (hostesses) to contribute to the growth of IQOS Users & HnB in the territory/region.
• Supervise and communicate with hostess agencies, ensuring provider performance meets standards and delivering optimal customer experience.
• Execute the Territory plan, considering the full consumer journey and selling opportunities, and cascade priorities to agencies.
• Ensure tools and materials are working properly, and visibility is in place according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Manage incidents and ensure correct service provision with suppliers.

You will be responsible for ensuring the correct training of user companies (Philip Morris) and agencies, focusing on right messaging of benefits, programs, promotions, and objection handling for LAUs acquisition, retention, upselling, and cross-selling of PMI's IQOS portfolio.

• Regularly evaluate the performance of providers and identify outliers, deviations, or non-compliant behaviors.
• Develop action plans to ensure optimal provider performance and manage top performers.
• Track core KPIs/targets and benchmark against objectives, defining and implementing corrective/preventive actions with providers and B2C leads.

• Retail or B2C experience.
• Sales/Consumer Services experience.
• Previous experience leading commercial teams (1-2 years).
• Previous experience leading external teams through agencies.
• Traveling availability.
• University Degree required.
• English B2, fluent Spanish.
• Good level of Excel and PowerPoint.
