We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Demo Engineer to join our Celonis Demo Xperience team. As a key member of our global team, you'll collaborate with product management, product marketing, and GTM teams to create extraordinary experiences around our platform.

The Celonis Demo Xperience team is a tight-knit group of demo engineers who work closely with each other and other teams to deliver projects as mini teams or co-leads. We value leading with empathy in our interactions and making things as simple as possible.

As a Strategic Demo Engineer, you'll be an expert on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform and will use your knowledge and creative skills to create powerful, easy-to-use, and reliable product demos. You'll drive demo development from idea to reality across your focus industries and product lines for standard demo assets and custom demos.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering closely with product management, product marketing, and industry stakeholders within the organization
  • Leading requirements gathering for your roadmap and prioritized identification of use cases based on market demand and opportunities
  • Driving demo development from idea to reality across your focus industries and product lines for standard demo assets and custom demos
  • Managing your delivery lifecycle from use cases, feature prioritization, storyboarding, demo asset design, configuration, QA validation, release communications to GTM enablement
  • Providing deep technical knowledge and configuration of all Celonis products to our stakeholders during demo development
  • Providing custom demo support for strategic opportunities and existing customers
  • Monitoring and responding to stakeholder inquiries; troubleshooting problems with the demo environment and collaborating with the necessary teams to solve them
  • Guiding the team in demo best practices, both technical and business focused

Requirements include:

  • Passion for SaaS product demos, storytelling with data, and customer-centric solutions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational, project, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven record of thriving in a high-demand, fast-paced, and cross-cultural environment
  • A degree in Management and Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience
