We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Demo Engineer to join our Celonis team. As a key member of our Demo Xperience team, you'll collaborate with product management, product marketing, and GTM teams to create extraordinary experiences around our platform.
As a Process Mining expert, you'll use your knowledge and creative skills to develop powerful, easy-to-use, and reliable product demos, iterating on them and bringing them to life through strong narratives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering closely with product management, product marketing, and industry stakeholders to drive demo development from idea to reality.
- Managing the delivery lifecycle from use cases, feature prioritization, storyboarding, demo asset design, configuration, QA validation, release communications to GTM enablement.
- Providing deep technical knowledge and configuration of all Celonis products to stakeholders during demo development.
- Custom demo support for strategic opportunities and existing customers.
- Monitoring and responding to stakeholder inquiries, troubleshooting problems with the demo environment, and collaborating with necessary teams to solve them.
- Guiding the team in demo best practices, both technical and business-focused.
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Possession of a degree in Management and Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, project, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proven record of thriving in a high-demand, fast-paced, and cross-cultural environment.
