About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As an integral part of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal departments to achieve common financial goals
• Establish contact with past due customers and resolve delinquency in a timely manner
• Monitor accounts daily, contacting clients and discussing their overdue payments
• Investigate historical data for debts and invoices
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
• Ensure all customer queries are passed onto the relevant teams with full details
• Collaborate with accounting operations to process payments and refunds
• Collaborate with other stakeholders and functional areas for process improvements

Qualifications:
• A BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, and/or Linguistic
• 2+ years' experience in a collection role
• Business fluency in English as a must-have
• Strong communications skills to deal with different internal stakeholders and in multinational teams
• Very comfortable with numbers
• Target driven, quick learner, and team player
• Independent and entrepreneurial way of working
