Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our Payments and FinTech Practice Area at Boston Consulting Group. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will work in a growing global team, providing industry and/or functional expertise and insights while working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide industry and/or functional expertise and insights to case and proposal teams
  • Work with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients
  • Support the development of existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team
Requirements
  • 2+ years of consulting experience in Payments and/or FinTech required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred in Payments
  • Strong understanding of payments and broader financial services industry
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
  • Fluency in English
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
