Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Financial Property Operations Analyst to join our team at Servinform. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for providing policy and process documentation, training, support, and control reporting for all property functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create new or enhance existing policy, process, and training documentation, including job cost, accounts receivable, and other financial processes.
  2. Develop and implement control reporting to identify process/system improvements and key areas of concern that require additional focus for training.
  3. Run periodic control reporting from creation through to delivery to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  4. Provide ad-hoc support for financial queries.
  5. Analyze straight-line rent and ground leases on a periodic basis.

Requirements

  1. Knowledge of commercial real estate with at least 3 years' experience in an analytical role, ideally from a financial planning and analysis background.
  2. Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
  3. Experience with construction job cost tools and financial accounting. Advanced Excel skills are required, and being an accomplished user of reporting platforms such as Tableau and Power BI would be an advantage.
  4. Proficient with collaboration tools and Microsoft applications such as Teams.
  5. Communication skills.
  6. Fluent English and an additional European language is an advantage.
  7. Strong analytical skills.
  8. Strong organizational skills.
  9. Knowledge of training techniques and delivery.
  10. Great team energy.
