Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, and contributing to our mission of making a positive impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure effective quality management systems are in place.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
  • Leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
