Quality Assurance Specialist - Industrial Manufacturing

At Siemens Gamesa, we are committed to making a positive impact on the environment and society. As a Quality Assurance Specialist - Industrial Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) for the production unit, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Develop and execute audit programs, including certification audits, to ensure the effectiveness of quality processes.
  • Collaborate with production sites to implement global quality programs and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and share lessons learned across assigned plants.
  • Ensure product safety activities align with internal and external regulations.
  • Manage customer complaints related to manufacturing and supplier issues.
  • Develop and implement quality processes to meet production unit regulations.
  • Manage non-conformance (NC) reporting and ensure professional competence in quality-related areas.
  • Implement quality methods and risk management in production processes, projects, and products.
  • Develop and improve production quality reporting, including Management Review within the Business Unit.
  • Plan and propose quality budgets and allocate financial and personnel resources.
  • Execute the competence management and training system for quality-related competences.
  • Manage organization units assigned and lead/coordinate dedicated supervisors and professionals.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Management network and business accountable units to achieve quality business goals.
  • Implement and adapt communication to ensure understanding and awareness of specific quality topics.
  • Participate in new product development projects releases.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Knowledge of office software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety environment quality.
  • Leadership skills.
