Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Process Strategist to join our Marketing Operations team. This role will focus on implementing functional processes and driving them to full completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in marketing operations programs. They should be able to use basic data analysis techniques and tools for spreadsheet data manipulation and reporting. Additionally, they should have knowledge of program and project management and coordination methods and principles.

The responsibilities of this role include coordinating several ongoing initiatives, acting as a key point of contact for the Marketing Division, and managing internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing h2, durable relationships with team members across Global Marketing and across the whole company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate ongoing initiatives, including operational workflows and act as a key point of contact for the Marketing Division.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, advancing our position at every opportunity.
  • Develop h2, durable relationships with team members across Global Marketing and across the whole company.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of overall work experience in a similar Project Management or Project Coordination role within a large-scale, multi-unit operation company.
  • Experience in marketing operations programs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of program and project management and coordination methods and principles.
  • Ability to use basic data analysis techniques and tools for spreadsheet data manipulation and reporting.
