About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and developing application code, implementing technical solutions, and configuring applications in response to business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical design, programming, and testing of new projects, enhancements, and maintenance of a set of applications
  • Ensuring IT Application Life Cycle standards are met in ongoing enhancements and maintenance
  • Aligning application changes with the application strategy and technology roadmap
  • Identifying and managing risks and issues associated with the application
  • Promoting cost efficiency and ensuring maximum operational availability and stability
Requirements
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills
  • Knowledge and experience in systems and end-to-end processes
  • Experience in Java / Angular analysis and programming
  • Ability to understand key aspects of technical platforms and infrastructure
  • Solid knowledge of software engineering, design patterns, and software architecture
  • Development background and demonstrated experience as an analyst
  • Experience analyzing existing systems from high-level architecture to application code review
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand complex business processes and workflows
  • Teamwork capacity with multidisciplinary teams
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • High commitment to results
  • Ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and plan tasks
