About the Role

Ntd Software is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Java Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software applications using Java and the Spring Framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the design and development of Software as a Service (SaaS) offering
  • Work effectively within an Agile framework to deliver new capabilities
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Help improve the development processes as well as the automation and operational procedures required to deliver a world-class, industrial-strength, feature-rich, and highly usable SaaS offering
  • Design and develop backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
  • Mentor junior team members in the Software Engineering discipline and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Knowledge and experience in software development, programming, and Java
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Proficiency in the Spring Framework and building microservices
  • Experience with designing and implementing scalable and efficient software architectures
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
