The Process Improvement Expert is responsible for driving operational excellence through auditing and process analysis in a context of continuous growth and high performance expectations.
- Conduct audits and analyze processes to identify incidents and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans in collaboration with operational teams.
- Assist in the development and application of normative standards and procedures.
- Support the Quality Manager in tracking and reporting KPIs to measure quality and process efficiency.
The Process Improvement Expert will be responsible for:
- Providing training and support to operational teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and norms.
- Following up on the resolution of discrepancies identified during audits.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of quality improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or logistics environment.
- Fluent professional English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of quality standards and norms.
- Experience with Lean methods and continuous improvement processes.
