About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Cross Banking Squad at Importante Empresa. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope the System: Collaborate with the Product Owner and squad members to ensure accurate requirements specification.
- Translate Business Needs: Define business, process, usability, and data requirements in partnership with users.
- Validate Requirements: Write and conduct UAT test cases, resolve functional issues, and validate e2e requirements.
- Create and Improve Documentation: Develop functional and non-functional documentation, review, and improve as needed.
- Facilitate Communication: Facilitate team-level communication to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics; Master's degree a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Consultant, Business or Technical Analyst, preferably in Financial Services.
- Skills: Good communication skills, fluent in English, knowledge of business analysis methods, and MS Office tools.
