Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Solutions Product Owner to work closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver top-notch results. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for understanding client objectives, consumer/user needs, and creative/technical solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items based on highest value delivered
  2. Take end-to-end business responsibility for digital marketing programs and platforms supporting clients' growth
  3. Empower teams through coaching on agile ways of working, providing vision, direction, and methodology
  4. Assess value/return on investment, prioritize epics and stories aligning with overall business, product, and brand strategy

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a digital consultancy, start-up incubator, or similar environment
  • Sound understanding of web technologies and digital product development, along with knowledge of comprehensive agile methods
  • Agile mindset and substantial experience working in agile web platforms or communication projects
  • Convincing portfolio and proven track record of client projects
  • Fluent German and English language skills
