Program Manager, Inventory Management, Fleet Delivery and Redeployment

This exciting opportunity involves owning our European idle fleet inventory and redeployment performance analytics, a critical component of our physical supply chain efficiency.
About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Program Manager to drive compliance, quality, and automation for our redeployment inventory. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead change towards standardized and centralized reporting at VIN level, aligning metrics with our worldwide fleet reporting tools.
- Collaborate with our Central Operations team and Finance business partners to monitor actual vs planned recurring and non-recurring costs of vehicles within the redeployment cycle.
- Own internal EU and WW GFP business review data consolidation and deck preparation.
- Support Redeployment operations by enabling FMC performance monitoring against contractual SLAs.
- Collaborate with worldwide teams to build innovative solutions such as Amazon Asset Platform inventory.
The Fleet Delivery and Redeployment team is one of the six Fleet Procurement and Capacity teams within EU Global Fleet Products. We're responsible for the physical supply chain of all fleet programs, aiming to build a lean and unified supply chain with standardized processes and communications.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in aggregating information and communicating effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and deep dive capabilities.
- Comfortable with communicating and liaising with senior leadership.
- Great analytical orientation; comfort using databases and analytical tools and making data-based decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel and capacity to handle SQL queries.
- MBA or Masters in a related field.
- Experience working with distributed teams, often in different regions.
- Proven ability to manage complex supply chain or distribution operations with multiple internal and external actors.
