Strategic Portfolio Manager for EMEA and LATAM Slot Games

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Class III slot product portfolio in the EMEA and LATAM regions. This strategic role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a clear product vision and strategy that drives business growth and revenue increase.
  • Collaborate with game development studios to design engaging games that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on market opportunities and business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and post-launch support.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a slot machine (EGM) focused role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft D365 Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
