As a Battery Energy Storage Systems Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing field service activities, supporting project teams during commissioning, and addressing technical and operational issues at customer installations. You will also maintain and enhance relationships with customers through effective communication and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform field service activities in accordance with long-term service agreements and established work plans.
- Support project teams during commissioning of battery energy storage systems and related equipment.
- Address technical and operational issues at customer installations promptly and propose product improvements to meet quality and cost targets.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with customers through effective communication and service.
- Prepare and present analytical service reports that include conclusions and recommendations for planned and unplanned maintenance resolving technical issues faced by customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel.
- 2-4 years' experience with battery energy storage systems and/or renewable energy, power systems design, and communication networks.
- In-depth knowledge of LV and MV Systems, Energy Management System, EMS, battery module, inverter technology, online platform communication systems, industrial networks and protocols, PLC and control systems, PV systems, variable frequency drives, HVAC, chillers, fire alarm and suppression system, advanced programming of firewalls and routers, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning experience.
