Join Our Mission

We are now seeking the founders of our next venture in the LegalTech space. As a co-founder, you will be at the helm, launching and leading your company. We will invest in you and be your co-founding partners, providing strategic, financial, and operational support in all key areas to quickly scale from 0 to 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement commercial, product, and growth strategies
  • Build, lead, and motivate a strong team
  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce desired results and align with the overall strategy and mission
  • Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
  • Review financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the market and industry of the company
  • Build trust with key partners and stakeholders
  • Present the company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and potential investors
Requirements
  • Proven track record of taking things from 0 to 1 and getting hands dirty
  • 5+ years of experience in the tech/startup industry, having previously held a management position
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English and Spanish
  • Proven entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resources
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty
