Chief Executive Officer

Our client, a pioneering Performance Marketing company based in Amsterdam, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive its next phase of development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong vision for the Performance Marketing market, be highly charismatic, and have the ability to effectively communicate their vision to the team, clients, and the broader market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth and innovation; Evaluate and make critical "make or buy" decisions for technology and product development; Ensure the company's vision and strategy are communicated effectively to all stakeholders
  • Product Development: Guide the development of new, cutting-edge Performance Marketing products; Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals
  • Market and Client Relations: Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention; Actively engage in networking and market presence to enhance the company's profile and attract new business opportunities
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a talented team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence; Mentor and develop the executive team to ensure they are aligned with the company's strategic goals
  • Financial and Operational Oversight: Oversee financial performance, ensuring the company meets its growth and profitability targets; Work closely with the CFO to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, articulating the vision and strategy to investors, partners, and the media; Prepare the company for potential fundraising efforts in 3-5 years, focusing on private investors or strategic industry partners rather than traditional venture capital

  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the Performance Marketing industry
