Associate Scientist Cd&D

At ADM, we're committed to unlocking the power of nature to provide access to nutrition worldwide. As an Associate Scientist, you'll play a key role in coordinating and managing customer product development projects, from concept generation to industrial manufacturing.
Your Responsibilities- Support the development process, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments across EMEA.
- Develop and maintain a local/regional product portfolio, aligning with business development plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the commercial team for Spanish customers, focusing on beverage and sweet food applications.
- Set goals and priorities to achieve business objectives, ensuring compliance with ISO processes and internal/external requirements.
- Conduct sensory and physical assessments, control, and qualification of developments, ensuring quality and cost specifications.
- Review ingredients and adapt formulations to meet customer needs, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- BS Degree or MS Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong background in product development and application.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce, with a solid understanding of the EU regulatory environment.
