Why Investment Banking?
Investment banking provides comprehensive financial advisory, capital raising, financing, and risk management services to corporations, governments, and financial institutions worldwide. We take an integrated approach to client coverage, providing our clients with access to bankers who have industry and geography-specific expertise across all investment banking products.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Coverage and Mergers and Acquisition teams to advise clients on strategic questions and deliver holistic, structured solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
- Participate in training and development programmes to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement financial models and strategies that support decision-making in investment banking.
- Train and mentor junior colleagues.
Analyst Expectations
- Take ownership of end results and be responsible for embedding new policies and procedures.
- Advise and influence decision-making within your area of expertise.
- Manage risk and strengthen controls in relation to your work.
- Maintain and continually build an understanding of how your sub-function integrates with the function.
