The Investment Banking DivisionThe Investment Banking division is organized across industry, country, and product coverage teams. Our industry teams include Consumer and Retail, Natural Resources, Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsors, Healthcare, Multi-Industries, Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure, and Technology, Media and Telecoms, among others. Our product teams cover Mergers and Acquisitions and Leveraged Finance, and our country teams cover all regions in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and are partially or fully based in regional offices.
Programme OverviewOur Off-cycle Analyst program is designed to offer you a broad and exciting experience of work within Investment Banking. During your internship, you'll be gaining exposure to a variety of industry, country or product coverage teams. You'll have the opportunity to work on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product and country coverage groups, providing you with a unique learning opportunity.
Training and DevelopmentYour training and development are our top priority. We offer extensive formal training at the start of the program, as well as on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, knowledge, and experience that will open doors to a wide range of future career opportunities.
Responsibilities- Work on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product and country coverage groups
- Help the team deliver solutions to clients leveraging the full spectrum of the bank's capabilities
- Actively contribute to the preparation of client presentations and underlying financial analysis
- Build relationships, knowledge, and experience that will open doors to a wide range of future career opportunities
- Actively participate in executing transactions, including work with clients as well as representatives of other investment banks and other advisors
Candidates are required to be pursuing either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from an accredited college or university, with a graduation timeframe between April 2025 and June 2026, or recent graduates for roles starting from September 2025. You must be available to join the program anytime from January until December 2025.
What We Are Looking For- Fluency in English is essential for all roles and a fluency in Spanish is a strong preference
- You will need to demonstrate drive, innovation, and a genuine interest in the financial markets
- Teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus creativity are key qualities, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and interact with a variety of people
