About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics & Transport Planner to join our team at FrieslandCampina. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning the transportation of goods and materials across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation costs and improve delivery times.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure seamless transportation operations.
- Manage and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on logistics-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in logistics and transportation planning, with a strong understanding of customs regulations and legislation.
- Proficient in SAP and other logistics software.
- Previous experience in FMCG companies, with a focus on fresh products.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
