Job Title: Assistant Outlet Manager

Job Summary:

The Assistant Outlet Manager is a key member of the Food and Beverage team, responsible for assisting the Outlets Manager in overseeing the hotel's F&B operations. This includes managing the daily operations of the outlets, developing and implementing marketing plans, and directing the development of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Outlets Manager in planning and managing the daily operations of the outlets
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase F&B sales
  • Direct the development of employees, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
  • Manage the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget for F&B operations
  • Coordinate F&B operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Exercise quality control for both food and beverage
  • Maintain Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of progressive hotel F&B experience, preferably with Hyatt
  • 2+ years in F&B Supervisory/Management roles
  • Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
