We are seeking a seasoned SAP PM/QM Consultant with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, implement scalable solutions, and ensure successful project execution within established budgets and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of enhancing efficiency and fostering innovation in SAP projects, prioritizing business value and client satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the IT Delivery Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in our digital transformation journey, facilitating knowledge sharing, process optimization, and technological advancement in a dynamic environment focused on efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and execute assigned projects while supporting group companies in optimizing management and decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the design of project execution strategies, architectures, and planning.
- Collaborate with various Project Managers and Key Users.
- Assist in configurations and manage functional change requests.
- Participate in the deployment of new solutions.
- Provide training to internal business units.
- Engage with internal customers with a transparent and distinctive approach.
- Liaise with key users and Business Partners to assess needs and define SAP solutions in Quality and Plant Maintenance, participating in all project life cycle phases.
- Work alongside the business in implementing S/4HANA, serving as a vital link between the business and implementers during SAP roll-outs across various group companies.
- Ensure a cohesive, scalable system across different business units and companies.
- Stay updated on enhancements introduced in the SAP standard product related to relevant functionalities.
Job Requirements
- University degree is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP PM/QM projects, with responsibility for a minimum of 2 implementation projects.
- Experience with S/4HANA is advantageous.
- PMP or Prince certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is beneficial.
- A proactive individual with a willingness to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to a growing team, capable of proposing solutions and process improvements, with strong motivation, dedication, and effective communication skills.
