Job Description:


This position is available for a Senior Project Lead to join Alight, a global organization.


Responsibilities:



  • Managing project deliverables, scope, and expectations, and coordinating project progress with stakeholders and program management.
  • Interface independently with all functional and business areas/groups affected by the project.
  • Develop and track detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution plans.
  • Make project decisions and recommendations to program management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as needed.
  • Communicate and report status to program management and all other stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership to project teams.
  • Employ project management best practice methodologies working within a framework that includes process definition, templates, tools, and Alight standards.
  • Coach team members to reach common project goals/objectives.
  • Identify training needs within the project team.
  • Manage the project budget, including estimates created during the funding process, on-going allocation of financial resources, and regular reporting of the project financials.
  • Ensure C-sat meets the agreed target, taking ownership with the AD, to drive improved customer satisfaction at project level.
  • Monitor the project deliverables are within Alight's standard delivery model and deviations are identified and reported.
  • Drive CR's through changes to agreed standard/contract, mitigating any commercial risk.
  • Drive improved project performance through continuous improvement and transformation activities.
  • Work with third-party providers to deliver contractual commitments.

Requirements:



  • At least 4 years' experience in IT-project management with a background within SAP payroll implementation or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Fluent in English (written, spoken, ...).
  • Experience within the HR-domain.
  • Ideally PMP certification or similar (PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM,...).
  • Ideally HR Consulting and/or outsourcing industry experience.

  • Fluent English.
