Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Innovation Project Lead to oversee our innovation efforts and ensure seamless integration of our new Project Management Office (PMO) methodology. As a key member of our Innovation and Technology Development (I&TD) team, you will play a critical role in driving value creation opportunities and optimizing resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate team members' skills and match them to project needs, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Track time allocation and assess the performance of our innovation mechanisms.
- Design and implement methods to measure the size and risk of innovation opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate the value generated by the innovation program.
- Collaborate with the Global PMO Manager to harmonize methodologies.
- Take ownership of reporting systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (ideally scientific or engineering), complemented by PMO training.
- A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in project management, ideally in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment.
- Knowledge of GMP and compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork and people management skills.
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Inspirational and motivational leadership.
- Project management expertise.
Salary:💵85,000 - 💵105,000 per annum
Location:Barcelona, Spain
