GRC Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Project Manager to join our team at Semrush, a global IT company. As a GRC Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects related to compliance certifications, information security, access controls, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Manage projects from initiation to closure, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation and contingency plans as necessary.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, metrics, deliverables, and timelines.
- Project Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and change requests.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ensure transparency of the project process for stakeholders and all involved teams, as well as summary reports to management.
- Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Negotiate effectively with all performers to ensure milestones are met properly, and assist in solving difficulties and disputes arising in the course of the project.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and data analysis to support project decisions.
- Project Management Experience: Experience as a project manager in the IT field, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Language Skills: English at B2 level or above.
- Technical Skills: Experience with project management tools and software, and knowledge of Agile product development methodologies and Scrum team structure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to closure, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
