GRC Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Project Manager to join our team at Semrush. As a GRC Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects related to compliance certifications, information security, access controls, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects from initiation to closure, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, metrics, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor progress against established milestones and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation and contingency plans as necessary.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and change requests.
- Experience as a project manager in the IT field.
- Experience in infrastructure projects.
- English at B2 level or above.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Understanding of Agile product development methodologies and knowledge of the basic principles of Scrum team structure.
