Requirements
  • BA/BS degree, concentrations in International Business, Finance, and/or Economics preferred
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in business operations, partner channel management, or related fields with proven business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills; can establish credibility, build consensus, and partner cross-functionally without direct authority
  • Ability to embrace ambiguity and break down complex problems to provide clear and effective recommendations
  • Impeccable analytical skills and intellectual curiosity to understand drivers and outcomes
  • Drive for automation of business assets & scaleable operations to ensure ongoing business visibility & effective controls
  • Solid presentation-, communication-, and solid Excel skills with attention to detail; experience working with Celonis, Salesforce, Certinia, Workday, and/or other data- & BI tools is a plus
