Job Title: Project Quality and Risk Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Quality and Risk Manager to join our team at Parexel. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and risk management across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials, ensuring the safety and integrity of patient data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Provide quality expertise to support operations, leadership, and clients, enabling the safeguarding and maintenance of patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a Risk Manager, responsible for coordinating Critical to Quality (CtQ) identification, risk identification, evaluation, and controls.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships and partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in risk management and quality control.
  • Expertise in root cause methodologies and CAPA development.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP principles and clinical trial risk management.
  • English proficiency (written and oral).
  • Bachelor's Degree or other relevant experience required. Life science or other health-related discipline preferred.
