We're seeking a Technical Leader to play a pivotal role in the Digital Payments & Emerging Markets (DEP) team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of skilled Software Engineers who are responsible for defining the vision for our payment products in emerging markets and delivering innovative solutions. This role presents exciting challenges and opportunities to shape and drive a growing payments area.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Technical Leader in the Payments team, you will oversee a group of talented Software Engineers who work together to define the vision for our payment products in emerging markets and deliver cutting-edge initiatives.
- You will regularly collaborate with executive leadership and other tech teams as you design and implement state-of-the-art technology to evolve our products.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be required to lead both strategically and tactically by diving deeply into business and technical domains.
To Succeed in This Role:
- You should have an established background in technology, excellent project and people management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong candidate should enjoy working on complex system software, be customer-centric, and feel strongly about building high-quality software that achieves its operational goals.
- Experience with building and operating web-based applications and/or web services-based applications, especially at massive scale, will be highly beneficial.

Salary Range:$124,000 - $165,000 per annum
